Digital Healthcare, Industrial Automation, AI — Hi-Tech Park Approves 31 New Residents

The board meeting, chaired by Belarusian Prime Minister Aliaksandr Turchyn, was held on September 17.
The day before, Hanna Rabava, head of the HTP Supervisory Board Secretariat, said that the board was considering applications from more than 30 companies. According to her, only a small proportion of the applicants operate on a contract-based model, while the others use a product-based or mixed model.
As the HTP press service reported today, the approved companies include projects in digital healthcare. For example, KARDIAN will develop and manufacture cardiology diagnostic equipment, including hardware and software for processing electrocardiographic signals. OMOP-FORIA LLC will develop software products for working with biomedical data, pharmacovigilance and Real-World Evidence analytics.
In industrial automation, Mirotek Engineering CJSC will develop hardware and software systems for processing and packaging agricultural products, while ATZ Softworks LLC will work on an MES platform for managing production processes at dairy industry enterprises.
NineSeven LLC will focus on e-commerce solutions for large retailers, while Twikky Lab LLC will develop high-load video communication systems using machine learning.
The new residents also include projects from the creative industries. PLATUPUS ENTERTAINMENT LLC is working on a cooperative rogue-lite survival action game. Pervyi Semeinyi Portal LLC is creating a digital platform for parents that will combine a product catalog, an events guide and specialist services. Levelpro LLC is developing an AI SaaS platform aggregating neural networks.
Another new resident, Wandeful Media LLC, is developing software for a personal medical account, as well as solutions for tracking automotive spare parts.
In addition, the Supervisory Board added additive technologies to the list of HTP activities. As Rabava explained, 3D printing involves not only the use of equipment but also the development of specialized software for new manufacturing processes.
“Additive technologies are a very valuable tool adapted to innovative manufacturing. Software is developed for them, and programs are built in that make it possible to test completely new production processes,” Rabava said.
The meeting also discussed the crypto sector. According to Dzmitry Kaliechyts, first deputy head of the Supervisory Board Secretariat, revenue, exports, turnover and tax indicators for crypto residents in the first half of 2026 more than doubled compared with the same period last year.
The Supervisory Board expanded from two to seven the list of audit firms that can work with crypto residents. Additional requirements are also being introduced for the annual reporting of such companies, including information on the compliance of business processes with legislation.
