The Council of Ministers of Belarus, by Resolution No. 54 of January 30, extended the ban on importing services for labeling alcoholic beverages with excise stamps when such services are provided by legal entities and individuals of states committing unfriendly actions, on the territory of those states. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
Customs authorities are authorized to ensure and monitor compliance with the ban. It will remain in effect until December 31, 2027, inclusive.
The ban was initially introduced in 2022 and was subsequently extended. The most recent extension was in force until the end of 2025.
The resolution also approves a list of “unfriendly” countries for the purposes of its implementation:
