The Council of Ministers, through Resolution No. 285 of June 8, has determined the amount that cement plants will have to repay to the republican budget in 2026. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
Earlier, under a presidential decree, the foreign-currency debt of three enterprises to the state budget was converted into Belarusian rubles. At the same time, the start of debt repayment was postponed until 2026. Under the decree, the government was required to determine the repayment amount, which had to be no less than 2.5% of revenue.
The government ultimately decided that by August 31 the cement plants must transfer to the budget an amount equal to 2.5% of their revenue for the previous year. The total repayment will amount to 38.43 million Belarusian rubles.
