BNB-Bank Reports Service Disruption

BNB-Bank experienced a technical disruption on June 1 affecting its mobile application and website.

Due to the outage, the following services may be unavailable:

  • transactions requiring SMS confirmation,
  • services provided at bank cash desks,
  • the mobile application, website and contact centre,
  • transactions at ATMs located in the Tivali shopping centre and in Vitsyebsk.

The bank’s customers can still pay with cards in stores, withdraw cash and carry out other transactions at ATMs, except for those located in the Tivali shopping centre and in Vitsyebsk.

The bank’s press service said that the cause of the disruption has been identified and work is underway to restore services.
