OJSC BelVitunifarm has signed another contract related to the construction of a plant for the production of biotechnology drugs. It will be built in the village of Dolzha in the Vitsyebsk district.
A notice of the major transaction was posted on the EPFR. It concerns a contract for engineering services with ODO MonProekt. The total value of the deal is stated as 199.57 million rubles.
In July, the company had already signed a contract with OOO MassivSpetsStroy as the contractor for construction of the plant. The deal was then valued at 192.2 million rubles.
In September last year, Decree No. 346 dated September 30, 2025, was adopted. Under the decree, BelVitunifarm is required to implement an investment project in 2025-2030 to create modern import-substituting production of veterinary and medical drugs, including the construction of new and reconstruction of existing production facilities, as well as the construction of residential buildings and engineering and transport infrastructure. The document also contained a section marked “for official use.”
