The initiative of former security officers BELPOL has obtained information about a request by Bobruiskagromash Holding Management Company OJSC to the Industry Ministry concerning a shortage of workers.
According to BELPOL, the Bobruisk-based enterprise is asking for assistance in recruiting personnel under outstaffing agreements, effectively seeking to lease workers from other enterprises within the Industry Ministry system. The appeal emphasizes that the company faces a “strategic task” of supplying agricultural machinery to countries in the “far arc.” Bobruiskagromash requires 35 employees, including mechanics, painters and crane operators.
Earlier, BELPOL reported on a similar request submitted by the Minsk Automobile Plant.
