Belavia airline announced a new option allowing passengers to independently process voluntary air ticket refunds online, without contacting the airline’s offices or contact center.
To do so, passengers need to select the relevant booking in the “Booking Status” section on the airline’s website belavia.by and click the “Refund” button.
Online refunds are available for bookings in which the ticket and additional services were purchased directly on the Belavia website. If at least one of the services was purchased by another method, the refund cannot be processed online.
The refund amount is calculated according to the terms of the fare under which the ticket was purchased. They are available here.
