Average occupancy at Belarusian sanatoriums in 2025 exceeded 86%, a rise compared with 2024. The figures were presented by Henadz Balbatouski, head of the Republican Centre for Health Improvement and Sanatorium Treatment of the Population, during a press conference at the National Press Centre.
More than 1.5 million people used sanatorium services this year, including around 250,000 foreign visitors. Export revenues from sanatorium and spa services grew by 29% in the first nine months and have already surpassed 414 million roubles.
Balbatouski noted that from 25 December to 7 January Belarusian health resorts will be fully booked, with an expected 24,000–25,000 guests — roughly half of them foreign nationals.
