The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has approved the list of worker professions and staff positions open to the employment of foreign nationals without restrictions related to protecting the national labor market for 2026. Resolution No. 115 of the Labor Ministry, dated October 10, was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and will take effect on January 1, 2026.
The updated list now includes 29 worker professions and 18 staff positions. Compared with the 2025 list, it has been reduced by 12 professions, mainly those related to leather production. The list of staff positions remains unchanged.
In 2026, foreigners may be hired without labor market protection restrictions for positions such as drivers, various agricultural and construction specialties, salespersons, cooks, mechanics, and seamstresses, among others. The list also includes agronomists, engineers, veterinary specialists, and medical workers.
