The Investigative Committee of Belarus reported that special proceedings have been initiated against 34-year-old Andrei Zayanchkouski.
He is charged under Part 1 of Article 130 (incitement of enmity or discord), Part 1 of Article 342 (organizing and preparing group actions that grossly violate public order or actively participating in them), Part 2 of Article 367 (defamation of Lukashenka), Part 1 of Article 368 (insulting Lukashenka), and Article 369 (insulting a government official) of the Criminal Code of Belarus.
Zayanchkouski is invited to appear at the Investigative Committee’s Department for the Hrodna Region.
