Belarus’ Ministry of Agriculture and Food has set maximum отпускные prices for fruit and vegetable products by Resolution No. 35 of April 10, published today on the National Legal Internet Portal. The document enters into force upon publication.
The resolution defines the prices at which producers will supply vegetables to stabilisation funds, and at which those funds will supply retail chains.
Wholesale prices for products sold by producers to legal entities for the purpose of fulfilling state orders are set without VAT per kilogram. The prices are specified both excluding and including delivery costs. They will be:
Maximum wholesale prices for products supplied to retail chains from stabilisation funds, including storage costs, are also set without VAT and specified both with and without delivery costs. They will be:
Retail prices at which products from stabilisation funds will be sold in stores will be set later by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade.
