In Minsk, heating may be turned on for first-priority consumers starting September 24. The relevant decision was made by the Minsk City Executive Committee today.

Heating may be turned on in kindergartens, schools, medical and healthcare institutions, social care facilities and specialized educational and sports institutions. The measure also applies to museums, state archives, libraries and hotels.
