Blogger Siarhei Bespalau conducted an experiment on the Minsk police. He generated an AI video showing several people standing on Staražoŭskaja Street in Minsk with white-red-white flags. The blogger sent the footage to a Minsk police chatbot and monitored the situation via a city webcam.
Thirty minutes after the message was sent, three police vehicles with flashing lights arrived at the scene of the “incident.” Armed officers carrying automatic weapons jumped out but found no one.
A duty officer contacted the blogger via Telegram and attempted to выяснить where the “offenders” had gone. The blogger maintained the intrigue and suggested searching for the protesters in the surrounding area.
Bespalau shared the experiment on his YouTube channel. According to the timestamp on the video, the “incident” took place on the evening of March 27.
