The Belarusian Ministry of Transport and Communications plans to complete preparations of national roads by May 9.
According to the ministry’s press service, about 60,000 square meters of seasonal potholes have already been repaired since the beginning of the year.
“Extensive work is being carried out to clean roadside areas and to restore infrastructure elements (cleaning, washing, and painting), including bus stops, rest areas, road signs, bridges, and overpasses,” the ministry said.
