The State Control Committee is inviting Belarusians to report issues related to passenger transport. The hotline will operate on 10 and 11 December from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
By calling the short number 191, citizens may report:
• improper performance by transport operators;
• violations of timetables and insufficient route availability;
• poor condition of stops and vehicles;
• failure to issue receipts on routes and non-compliance by operators with safety rules and speed limits.
