On the afternoon of September 28, Russia launched another drone attack on Kyiv. One of the strikes hit the Dobrobut medical center, located near the Constitutional Court.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko reports that the strike hit the fourth floor of the seven-storey building. A fire broke out at the medical center.
