Russia has increased its supplies of lysine to Belarus. This was reported by the Agroexport Center of Russia’s Agriculture Ministry.
“According to expert estimates, in the first seven months of 2026 (excluding data from EAEU countries for July), Russia supplied 630 tons of lysine and its esters to foreign markets, worth more than $900,000. Compared with the same period last year, exports increased 4.3-fold in volume and threefold in value. Virtually the entire volume is supplied to Belarus. Small batches were also shipped from Russia to Kazakhstan and Armenia,” the statement said.
It should be noted that lysine sulfate and lysine monohydrochloride are also produced by the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation.
