Vladimir Putin and Alyaksandr Lukashenka will hold a bilateral meeting in Kyrgyzstan on 26 November ahead of the CSTO summit.
“After the conclusion of the talks and the state reception, our president will hold a conversation with the president of Belarus, Alyaksandr Hryhoravich Lukashenka, and later that same day, on 26 November, an informal dinner will be held with the participation of the heads of state of the CSTO,” Putin’s aide Yury Ushakov told TASS.
On 27 November in Bishkek, a joint meeting of the CSTO Councils of Foreign Ministers, Defence Ministers and the Committee of Security Council Secretaries will take place, along with a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
