Priorbank to Pay BYN 360.56 Million in Dividends

The decision was dated October 2. A dividend of BYN 2.93 was declared per ordinary share. The total amount of dividends will therefore be BYN 360.56 million. They must be paid by November 30, 2026.
The decision also states that dividends which, under the law, may be paid only after receiving permission from the Minsk City Executive Committee will be paid within 60 days of receiving such permission.
This is already Priorbank’s third dividend payment decision this year. On June 29, the shareholders’ meeting decided to pay BYN 3.04 per ordinary share, for a total of BYN 374.1 million.
On March 30, dividends of BYN 2.30 per preferred share and BYN 1.535 per ordinary share were declared, totaling BYN 188.9 million.
Priorbank has been controlled since 2024 by the UAE-based holding company SOVEN 1. It acquired an 87.74% stake from Raiffeisen Bank International.
