Price of Excise Stamps for Tobacco Products Increased in Belarus

The Finance Ministry has set new prices for excise stamps for tobacco products.

According to the Finance Ministry, effective July 1, the prices are:

• 8 kopecks for self-adhesive excise stamps (for products imported and marked at customs warehouses in Belarus),
• 3 kopecks for imported products and domestically produced products (including filter cigarettes in the first price category).

From Jan. 1, 2027, the prices of these excise stamps will increase to 10 kopecks and 4 kopecks, respectively.
