Photographer from Narovlya Arrested in Connection with “Hajun Case” After Returning from “Unity Marathon”

A 31-year-old photographer, Inna Korbut from Narovlya, was arrested in connection with the “Hajun Case” after returning from the “Unity Marathon,” Nasha Niva reported.

She was detained and convicted in 2025 for “facilitating extremist activities.” According to the outlet, the prosecution is linked to the “Hajun Case.” It is known that Korbut was sentenced to “khimiya” (a restricted freedom sentence), but the exact charges and details of the verdict remain unknown.

Inna Korbut graduated from Kuleshov Mogilev State University with a degree in child psychology. She had also lived in Mazyr and Mahilyow. It is unclear where she worked previously, but for the past three years, she has been a self-employed photographer.

Korbut took part in the “Unity Marathon,” which was held at Minsk-Arena, and praised the event in a local newspaper:

“I attended several concerts of the marathon and can say that each city had its own unique atmosphere. In Minsk, I was impressed by the modern arrangements and original light shows for songs that have long been familiar and beloved by us. This shows that we are moving forward without forgetting our traditions. But most importantly, we are moving together, because the finale united all districts, regions, peoples, and faiths.”

“Belaruski Hajun” is a monitoring OSINT project tracking military activity by Russian and Belarusian forces. The group was founded by activist Anton Matolka shortly before the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war. In early February 2025, security forces gained access to the project’s bot chat. Shortly afterward, the project announced its closure.
