“On 13 December (Saturday), icy conditions are expected on roads across the country and in Minsk,” the warning says.
Tomorrow, weather in Belarus will be shaped by a cold air mass. Variable cloudiness is expected. In some areas, brief light precipitation will occur (rain or wet snow). Winds will be of variable directions and moderate, becoming gusty in the southeast at night and locally strongly gusty. Air temperatures throughout the day will range from -1°C to -5°C, and from 0°C to +4°C in the southwest; at night in the northern half of the country temperatures may fall to -7°C.
