Applications have opened for the international seven-day Music Camp, which will take place from August 10 to August 17, 2026. Organisers announced new dates and a change of location — the gathering of creative professionals will now take place in the Lithuanian city of Klaipėda.
The project is being implemented as part of the Creative Communities Acceleration Program (CCAP) and is funded by the Swedish Institute. The initiative’s main goal is to bring together musicians who see creativity as a tool for community development, freedom and democratic self-expression.
The programme is open to:
A mandatory requirement for participants is proficiency in English, as it will be the working language throughout the camp.
During the intensive programme, Belarusian and Swedish creators will work on joint projects. The music camp will conclude with a large public concert. After the performance, participants will be able to discuss their experiences, receive feedback from experts and outline prospects for future international cooperation.
Applications are already open, although preparation time is limited — the deadline for submissions is May 31, 2026.
To join the project, applicants must complete the online application form.
More detailed information about the terms and programme is available on the official website.
The CCAP programme aims to strengthen partnerships between creative professionals from Belarus, Sweden and Lithuania. In addition to music, it also supports joint initiatives in theatre and cinema, promoting art as a space for freedom and democratic values.
