Since the beginning of winter, more than 200 adults and children have sought medical attention for injuries sustained while tubing, sledding, and using plastic snow sliders, the Ministry of Health reported.
The Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Neurology and Neurosurgery has admitted 94 children with tubing-related injuries since the start of the season, while the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics has admitted 14 children.
The highest number of injuries has been recorded in Minsk, as well as in the Minsk, Homyel, Vitsyebsk, and Mahilyow regions.
