Belstat has published data on the distribution of employees by wage levels. Like median wage data, these figures are released twice a year, as of May and November.
It should be recalled that the median wage in Belarus in November stood at 2,081.7 rubles.
Belstat’s database includes salary data for nearly 2.5 million people.
The most common wage range was from 1,500.1 to 2,000 rubles, with 482,000 people earning within this bracket. This was followed by the following ranges:
Overall, 898,900 people earned more than 3,000.1 rubles. At the same time, the highest wages — over 10,000 rubles — were received by 20,699 people, according to Belstat. Their number increased by 1,770 compared with May of last year.
Wages exceeding 10,000 rubles were most commonly recorded in the following sectors:
In public administration, 122 employees earned more than 10,000 rubles. Compared with May, their number almost doubled. In May 2025, such wages in public administration were received by 66 people.
The lowest nominal accrued wage recorded in Belstat’s database — up to 200 rubles — was received by 2,865 people in November last year. The largest numbers of such workers were in education (541 people), industry (394), trade (380), and transport and logistics (299).
