Poland’s Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) has published data on insured foreign nationals as of the end of November 2025. The number of Belarusian citizens continues to grow.
As of the end of November, 139,024 citizens of Belarus were registered in Poland’s social insurance system. Compared with October, the number increased by 580 people. Growth in the number of Belarusians registered with ZUS was also recorded in September and October.
Overall, 1.295 million foreign nationals were registered with ZUS at the end of November. The total number of insured foreigners increased by 10,000 compared with October.
Citizens of Ukraine remain the largest group of foreign workers in Poland, with nearly 862,000 people registered with ZUS, an increase of 8,000 compared with August. Belarusians rank second. Third place is held by citizens of Georgia, with nearly 26,200 people registered.
