A 14-year-old schoolboy in Minsk damaged facade tiles at a shopping center worth about 300 Belarusian rubles while showing his friends a kick he had learned during Muay Thai training. Frightened by what had happened, the teenager left the scene.
Officers from the Tsentralny District Police Department identified the teenager after representatives of the shopping center reported the incident. A criminal case has been opened on hooliganism charges. The boy’s parents will be required to compensate for the damage, the administration of Minsk’s Tsentralny District said.
