Lithuanian Smugglers Of Belarusian Cigarettes Get Away With Large Fines

According to LRT, the men were found guilty of smuggling and the illegal trafficking of excise goods as part of an organized group.
They were each fined €10,000 and €9,000.
According to the criminal case, on January 7–8, 2025, the men collected at least 2,500 packs of “Minsk Super Slims” and “NZ Gold” cigarettes.
