Kuchynski Discusses Expanding the Number of Donors to the International Humanitarian Fund

Diplomatic adviser to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Dzianis Kuchynski, met in Vilnius with Berit Lindeman, Secretary General of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee and head of the International Humanitarian Fund for the Support of Repressed Persons in Belarus.

As Kuchynski said, the parties discussed support for former political prisoners as well as efforts to expand the Fund’s donor coalition. Since the International Humanitarian Fund was established, 13 donor countries have allocated more than €3 million to the fund.

The goal is to attract even more partners and ensure continued support for the Fund’s work.
