The Investigative Committee has launched special proceedings against Mikalai Boika, Yury Makitau, Natallia Nikitsina, Krystsina Stankevich and Mikhail Chuprynski.
The charges brought against them include conspiracy to seize power, participation in a terrorist organisation, creation of or participation in an extremist formation, and facilitating “extremist activity”.
Mikalai Boika is charged under Part 2 of Article 285, Part 2 of Article 290-5, Part 1 of Article 357, Part 3 of Article 361-1, Part 1 of Article 361-3, Part 1 of Article 361-4 and Article 361-5 of the Criminal Code.
Yury Makitau is charged under Part 1 of Article 285, Part 1 of Article 290-5, Part 1 of Article 357, Part 1 of Article 361-1, Part 1 of Article 361-3 (as amended by Law No. 358-Z of April 20, 2016), and Part 1 of Article 361-3 of the Criminal Code.
Natallia Nikitsina is charged under Part 2 of Article 285, Part 2 of Article 290-5, Part 1 of Article 357, Part 3 of Article 361-1, Part 1 of Article 361-3 and Article 361-5 (as amended by Law No. 112-Z of May 26, 2021) of the Criminal Code.
Krystsina Stankevich is charged under Part 2 of Article 285, Part 2 of Article 290-5, Part 1 of Article 357, Part 3 of Article 361-1, Part 1 of Article 361-3, Part 2 of Article 361-3 (as amended by Law No. 358-Z of April 20, 2016), Part 1 of Article 361-4 (as amended by Law No. 112-Z of May 26, 2021), Part 2 of Article 361-4 and Article 361-5 of the Criminal Code.
Mikhail Chuprynski is charged under Part 2 of Article 285, Part 2 of Article 290-5, Part 1 of Article 357, Part 3 of Article 361-1, Part 1 of Article 361-3, Part 2 of Article 361-3, Part 1 of Article 361-4, Part 2 of Article 361-4 and Article 361-5 (as amended by Law No. 112-Z of May 26, 2021) of the Criminal Code.
