A fire broke out at the “Evikom” shopping center on Frunze Street in Viciebsk. Eyewitnesses reported a blaze in one of the retail pavilions.
A ceiling light fixture caught fire in a торговый павильон on the first floor of the two-story building. The facility’s staff extinguished the fire using a fire extinguisher. No evacuation was carried out. There were no injuries.
Two units of equipment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were deployed at the scene, the agency’s press service reported.
