A fire occurred on the morning of 10 December at a building under construction in the “Northern Shore” residential complex in Minsk. Eyewitnesses captured thick plumes of smoke rising above the site.
According to the Emergency Ministry, insulation material caught fire over an area of five square metres. The blaze was extinguished before rescuers arrived. No injuries were reported.
