Entrepreneurship Council Discusses Mechanisms for Attracting Personnel

A meeting of the Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship was held on March 4 under the chairmanship of Belarusian Prime Minister Aliaksandr Turchyn, the government press service reported.

The main topic of the meeting was staffing for businesses and ways to improve the regulation of labour relations.

Participants discussed the prospects for introducing flexible mechanisms for attracting personnel and improving mechanisms for involving pupils and students in labour activities.

“Judging by the survey conducted by our office, the office of the Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship, this topic concerns practically every member of our council.

It is about the availability of labour resources, their quality, and training. …The problems we will discuss are problems of the regulator and problems of business. Therefore, we cannot cope with this alone. We must understand how we will act together to solve these tasks,” Turchyn said while opening the meeting.
