Trading on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange ended on August 31 with the Belarusian ruble weakening against the dollar, euro and yuan. The Russian ruble fell in value.
The dollar rose by 0.6%, or 1.82 kopecks, to 3.0578 Belarusian rubles.
The euro rose by 0.12%, or 0.44 kopecks, to 3.5349 Belarusian rubles.
The Russian ruble fell by 0.27%, or 0.96 kopecks. One hundred Russian rubles were worth 3.5527 Belarusian rubles.
The yuan gained 0.76%, or 3.44 kopecks. Ten yuan were valued at 4.5665 Belarusian rubles.
