Dapkiunas Dismissed from Diplomatic Posts

Diplomat Andrei Dapkiunas has been dismissed and relieved of his ambassadorial posts. The decree was signed today by Aliaksandr Lukashenka, his press service reports.

Under the decree, Dapkiunas is relieved of his posts as Belarus’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria, concurrently accredited to Slovenia, and as Belarus’s Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna, concurrently accredited to the OSCE, due to his retirement.
