Czech Post Halts Acceptance of All Mail to Belarus

Czech Post has announced an expansion of the list of countries to which the acceptance of international mail is temporarily suspended. According to updated information, as of 1 December 2025 the acceptance of all types of postal items to Belarus has been fully discontinued.

The information published on the institution’s website was highlighted by Radio Svaboda.

The restriction is explained by a shortage of transport capacity and limitations on international deliveries. Belarus is among the destinations for which postal services have been completely halted.

In addition to Belarus, as of 1 December all mail acceptance to Tajikistan has been suspended, and partial restrictions have been introduced for Antigua and Barbuda, Guinea-Bissau, Niue and Mali.
