BelVEB Bank Launches Service for Russian Buyers of Property in Belarus

BelVEB Bank has launched a service for cashless money transfers for Russian buyers of real estate in Belarus.

The bank is offering Russian buyers the opportunity to pay for property in Belarus at a favourable exchange rate. It also says that if the transaction falls through, the buyer will receive a full refund.

The service operates as follows: the buyer must visit a branch of their bank in Russia and arrange an international transfer in Russian roubles to Belarus payable to bearer using BelVEB Bank’s banking details. The buyer then visits a bank office in Belarus with an identity document and completes the property transaction.
