BELPOL Begins Publishing List of Belarusian Enterprises Supporting Russian Aggression

The BELPOL initiative has begun publishing a list of Belarusian organisations that support Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. The first part of the list has been released.

“The list includes enterprises and structures for which the collection of evidence has been completed. All the information gathered has already been transferred to partners in the European Union, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ukraine for the initiation of sanctions procedures and the adoption of restrictive measures.

This concerns not only manufacturers of weapons and ammunition for the Russian military-industrial complex. The list also includes organisations involved in schemes to circumvent sanctions — they ensure the supply of components, logistics and financial support for enterprises producing weapons for the aggressor country. It is important to emphasise that these structures are fully aware of their role in such operations,” the BELPOL statement said.

The list also includes banks through which payments for parts and technologies are made and through which the creation and expansion of military production is financed. In addition, the list includes organisations that ensured the formation of an offensive grouping of Russian troops and the invasion of Ukraine from the territory of Belarus, including the transportation of personnel, equipment and ammunition. Today, they also continue to transport military cargo.

“Lifting sanctions from companies and banks that support arms supplies to Russia effectively means assisting the aggressor. This is not a neutral economic decision, but a direct contribution to the continuation of the war and new victims,” BELPOL stressed.

The first part of the BELPOL list includes 120 organisations, including enterprises of the State Authority for Military Industry, major industrial companies, several banks and others.
