Belarusian OJSC Sber Bank has increased its charter capital. Amendments to the financial institution’s charter were registered by the National Bank last week.
The nominal value of ordinary and preferred shares was increased by 0.04 rubles and now stands at 0.23 rubles. As a result, the bank’s charter capital rose by more than 58.8 million rubles to 338.49 million rubles.
