Belarusians will be able to discuss issues related to legalizing their status, military service, the rights of military personnel and veterans, social and medical assistance, as well as documents and benefits for the families of service members and those killed in service, Tsikhanouskaya’s Office reports.
Appointments will be conducted by the head of the Mission of the Belarusian Democratic Forces in Ukraine, Volha Zazulinskaya, and her deputy for Belarusian volunteers, veterans and their families, Anastasiya Makhamet.
In-person consultations will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., while telephone consultations will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Advance registration through an online form is required.
Tsikhanouskaya’s Office emphasizes that the social support service does not replace government agencies or other competent institutions, but will help people understand their situation and explain where to seek assistance in resolving their problems.
