39-year-old Belarusian citizen Ruslan Kuzmin from Rechytsa has gone missing in Warsaw. The man stopped responding on September 6, and his whereabouts have been unknown since then.
Description: about 180 cm tall, slim build, dark hair, gray eyes, with a dagger tattoo on the inside of his right arm.
