Alyaksandr Lukashenka has signed a decree simplifying the procedure for providing property to agricultural organizations, his press service reported.
The document allows legal entities to transfer movable property to agricultural organizations for free use without compensation for depreciation or for maintenance, operating, and repair costs. The residual value of the transferred property and related transfer expenses may be written off using additional capital and retained earnings.
State bodies and organizations will be able to make decisions on providing free assistance to agricultural organizations without obtaining additional approval. Business companies have also been granted the right to provide such assistance in the form of movable property regardless of their financial performance.
