The Belarusian government has introduced export duties on liquefied hydrocarbon gases. The relevant resolution was signed by Prime Minister Aliaksandr Turchyn.

The following rates have been set:

  • 17.4 dollars per ton for liquefied hydrocarbon gases,
  • 15.6 dollars per ton for ethane, butane and isobutane.

The resolution will come into force after its official publication. It applies to relations arising from October 1, 2026, the government press service said.

The duties were last set at zero in early August.
