Belarus’s Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has expanded the list of goods that may be placed on the market without the consent of rights holders from “unfriendly states.” The ministry’s Resolution No. 54 of September 28 has been published on the National Legal Internet Portal.

The list now includes “parts of power-generating gas turbines with an output of more than 50,000 kW” (TN VED code 8411 99 009 8).

At the same time, the ministry extended the list’s validity until the end of 2028. The list contains a total of 35 product categories, including vehicles, computer equipment, footwear, clothing, petroleum products, chemicals, equipment and other goods.
