Belagroprombank and Alfa-Bank to Raise 850 Million Rubles Through Bonds

Belagroprombank and Alfa-Bank have published prospectuses for five bond issues. Belagroprombank plans to raise 250 million rubles through the securities, while Alfa-Bank intends to raise 600 million rubles.

The total volume of Belagroprombank’s 267th issue is 200 million rubles. A total of 2 million bonds with a nominal value of 100 rubles each will be issued. The maturity period is 4,805 days, with repayment scheduled for 17 February 2039. The bonds will be available to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, both residents and non-residents. For the first seven interest periods, the rate is set at the refinancing rate plus 1.55 percentage points. At present, this amounts to 11.3% per annum. Interest will be paid every two months.

Belagroprombank’s 268th issue amounts to 50 million rubles. A total of 500,000 bonds with a nominal value of 100 rubles each will be issued. The maturity period is 4,202 days, with repayment on 24 June 2037. The bonds will be available to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, both residents and non-residents. For the first two interest periods, the rate is set at the refinancing rate plus 1.25 percentage points. At present, this is 11% per annum. Interest will be paid every six months.

The total volume of Alfa-Bank’s 42nd issue is 200 million rubles. A total of 40,000 bonds with a nominal value of 5,000 rubles each will be issued. The maturity period is 5,114 days, with repayment scheduled for 20 December 2035. The bonds will be available to individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs, both residents and non-residents. The yield is set at 11% per annum. Interest will be paid quarterly.

The volume of Alfa-Bank’s 43rd issue is 200 million rubles. A total of 200,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each will be issued. The maturity period is 4,403 days, with repayment on 10 December 2037. The bonds will be available to individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs, both residents and non-residents. The yield is set at 11% per annum. Interest will be paid quarterly.

The total volume of Alfa-Bank’s 44th issue is 200 million rubles. A total of 40,000 bonds with a nominal value of 5,000 rubles each will be issued. The maturity period is 5,114 days, with repayment scheduled for 20 December 2039. The bonds will be available to individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs, both residents and non-residents. The yield is set at the refinancing rate plus 2 percentage points, but not exceeding 15% per annum. At present, this equals 11.75% per annum. Interest will be paid quarterly.
