Apartment market activity in Belarus decreased in November. According to the State Property Committee, 1,005 apartment transactions were registered in Minsk last month. Even taking into account possible registrations in early December, the number of transactions will be lower than in October and September.
A similar trend is observed in all regional centres.
“Experts link the surge in October to special bank offers reducing mortgage rates for developer-built apartments. However, the extension of the programme in November did not produce the same effect,” the committee said.
