The Kastrychnitski District Court of Minsk has scheduled another trial in absentia. The case against Viachaslau Rusin will be heard under special proceedings, the Viasna Human Rights Center reports.
The first hearing is scheduled for Aug. 27. Forty-one-year-old Rusin is charged under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (“Insulting a Representative of the Authorities”).
