Retail Turnover Rose 8.1% in Seven Months

Retail turnover amounted to 64.8 billion rubles in January-July. It increased by 8.1% compared with the same period last year, Belstat reported.

Retail turnover of trading organizations increased by 8.6% to 62.4 billion rubles.

Daily retail turnover per capita since the beginning of the year amounted to 33.6 rubles, 2.9 rubles more than in January-July 2025.

Wholesale turnover remains below last year’s levels. It declined by 0.1% to 105.1 billion rubles.

Turnover in the catering sector amounted to 4.5 billion rubles, 1.7% more than last year.
