Alcohol Sales to Be Banned in Viciebsk During Last Bell and Graduation Days

The Viciebsk City Executive Committee has decided to restrict alcohol sales in the city in May and June. Decision No. 461 of April 6 was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.

Alcohol (vodka, liqueurs, wine, cognac, brandy, calvados, champagne and other beverages with an alcohol content of 7% or more) will not be sold:

• from 8:00 on May 23 to 8:00 on May 24,
• from 8:00 on June 12 to 8:00 on June 13.

The restrictions do not apply to the sale of alcoholic beverages by the glass in catering establishments, or for ritual ceremonies, weddings and anniversary celebrations.
