A New Building for Belarus’ National State Television and Radio Company Is Planned in Minsk

A new building for Belarus’ National State Television and Radio Company is planned for Makaenka Street in Minsk. An invitation to participate in a tender to select a general design organization for design and survey work has been published on the goszakupki.by website.

The estimated cost of the design and survey work is 1.31 million Belarusian rubles. The work is scheduled to be carried out from October 29, 2026, to May 31, 2027. It is to be financed from the company’s own funds.

The architectural and planning concept was developed by the Belgospроект Institute in 2026. It предусматривает the construction of a three-storey building measuring 59.5 × 74.7 meters, connected to the existing building by a covered passageway.

The project includes filming studios, two storage rooms, service entrances and additional entrances. A parking lot with space for 20 cars is planned in front of the main entrance.

The invitation to participate in the tender was posted on October 15. The submission period ended on October 20, and the proposals are now under review.
